A non-refundable Service Call or Drop-Off Fee is required for all service appointments. This fee applies whether or not repairs or services are ultimately performed, as it covers technician time, travel, and diagnostic efforts. Labor time begins as soon as technicians starts any repair and will bill in half hour increments after
